CS Board Beside a Workshop Stove: Assess the Whole Enclosure

Vitcas CS Fireplace Construction Board for documented indoor use

A garage with a workshop stove requires assessment of the device and the way the room is used before choosing the installation. The location may contain wood, installations, and various stored materials. A heat-resistant board performs a specific function but does not independently confirm all conditions of such a location.

Start with the device and the surroundings

Check the stove manual regarding the workplace, flue pipe, air supply, and required clearances. Record the planned workshop equipment. Perform the assessment before cutting the sheets, instead of adjusting the cover to the distance left randomly between the stove and the shelf.

In the section, also show hidden wall layers and support points of the structure. Covering the surface does not remove the requirements for the substrate. The opening of the garage door or seasonal cooling should be considered when describing the actual room conditions.

Select the function of the appropriate board

Fireplace Construction Board CS is described for specific indoor fireplace constructions. Compare the product range with the planned solution. Do not treat the properties of the sheet as a general declaration for any wall with full fire resistance.

HT Fireboard has other described protective and finishing tasks. The selection should not rely solely on comparing thickness. For each layer, record its role, fastening, and method of bearing its weight.

Maintain access after finishing

HB60 is used for compatible, temperature-resistant connections. Select it according to the boards, substrate, and installation instructions. Check the holes, device adjustment, and the removal path of parts before final covering.

Keep the drawing, photographs, and data of the products used. When changing workshop equipment, return to assessing the stove environment. A new shelf or another way of using space may change the conditions that the existing setup alone does not describe.
